MUSIC NEWS:

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation may adjust its qualifications for induction. With 2010 inductees Genesis, the Hollies, the Stooges, Jimmy Cliff, and ABBA already announced, the pool of big-name acts that meet the Foundation's eligibility parameters is dwindling. The rules currently state that an act must have logged at least 25 years in the business since its first recorded release. Now, the institution is looking at reducing that requirement to just 20 years. The move would allowacts like Guns N' Roses and Nirvana to be considered for the career milestone.
